What is Learn • Create • Earn ?
This project is a key livelihood program of our NGO. It aims to empower women and underserved communities through skill development, handmade production, and income opportunities based on skills. The project helps individuals go from learning a craft to earning with dignity by having women create handmade products that show creativity, care, and confidence.
As an NGO focused on women’s livelihood, we believe that when women learn practical skills and have fair income opportunities, entire families and communities become stronger.

Many women are creative but do not have access to training, resources, and income options. Learn • Create • Earn fills this gap by turning creative skills into sustainable income, promoting long-term self-reliance instead of temporary support.
This initiative is built on three pillars:
– Learning practical, hands-on skills
– Earning through fairly paid work
– Creating handmade products with purpose and impact
